I had a wonderful experience from start to end going through the transplant procedure at Chandra Clinic. Dr Urvashi is a very experienced doctor who is a subject matter expert of her field. One of my friends recommended Dr Urvashi to me and I started my initial consultations over the phone which were very thorough and I was explained in detail what procedures are available and what will happen in each stage of those procedures. Every step was discussed in detail before the procedure as to what will happen on the day. Experience at the clinic was also far better than expected. Procedure went through smoothly as per expectations without any delays, surprises etc. All the staff members are so helpful and cheerful which made the experience even better. Post procedure experience was even better where Dr Urvashi was in touch on daily basis checking the progress. It has been now 12 months since the procedure and the results are amazing. Dr Urvashi has been in touch regularly over the last 12 months checking progress. Overall I am glad that I took the decision of going through the hair transplant procedure and most importantly that it was under the guidance of Dr Urvashi.
